Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided free of charge and with no obligation.

Payment Terms

- Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Insurance Claims

- We meet your insurance adjuster on site when requested.
- We are not an insurance company and cannot guarantee claim outcomes. We provide documentation and advocacy to help ensure the approved scope covers the full restoration.
- Filing a claim is your responsibility. We can assist with the process but do not file claims on your behalf unless authorized in writing.
Warranties
- Every restoration project includes a written warranty covering the work performed.
- Warranty terms vary by project scope and are detailed in your service agreement.
- Warranties cover defects in workmanship and materials used during the restoration.
- Warranties do not cover new damage unrelated to the original restoration work.
Limitation of Liability
- Water Damage Pros US acts as a coordinator between you and the local restoration crew. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent restoration crews.
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our coordination services.
- We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or property damage beyond the scope of the restoration.
Intellectual Property
- All content on our website — text, images, logos, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to Water Damage Pros US.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- Service marks and trademarks on our website are the property of their respective owners.
